We will use our discretion in determining how to follow up on reported incidents. If warranted by the severity of the incident, the police will be notified and the reporting party will be informed of this.

In-Person
All panel sessions will be moderated by a member of the Fi Wi Road Internship team. Members of the team will be available for support throughout the Fair.
We are committed to ensuring that all individuals who attend the Fi Wi Road Fair 2024 feel safe and comfortable. If you experience or observe behaviour of any form at the Fair which compromises this please identify a member of the Fi Wi Road team. Members of the Fi Wi Road CIC team will be identifiable by a yellow lanyard. If you wish to report an incident in person you may directly approach, or otherwise be referred to, a member of these teams who will proceed with the reporting procedures. If you would prefer to speak to someone else about the incident please inform the member of the team that you are talking to.
If you would prefer not to discuss the incident(s) in person you may email cynthia@fiwiroad.co.uk, or a meeting can be organised.
